A TRI Chapter is formed by at least 7 TRI members who agree to fulfill basic member service expectations and  request a Charter.
                       Basic member service expectations are:
                       •  To charter, identify and represent itself as solely a TRI Chapter.
                       •  To actively recruit and serve all Trikers in the Group area regardless of brand or type.
                       •  Get together at least monthly in a gathering or activity, including riding activities.
                       •  Provide a newsletter, at least a bi-monthly, to all members administratively assigned to the TRI Chapter.
                       •  Hold at least one annual charity or community service activity.
